AUTHOR
KIM SNOW // A Jamaican author currently residing in
New York, my chat with Kim Snow was great. She spoke about her current piece of
writing, which has a powerful title “Fuck Him and Keep it Moving,” and also
touched on the topic of being married and going through a divorce.
Particularly, she acknowledged feeling like you have lost it all but staying
strong and knowing that you can make it...regardless. A powerful statement from
Kim: “You were a woman before marriage, so you should be one even after.” In
the future, she hopes to create a fund for women who are going through (or who have
been) divorce, to help during this transition period.
